Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including VPS hosting, domains, and software licenses. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Section 2

Services We Provide

We offer virtual private servers (VPS), cloud infrastructure, software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk), technical support, and related hosting products. Details and pricing are available on our website.

Section 3

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be solely responsible for the content and activities on your server
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting malware, phishing, or scams
  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails
  • Infringing copyrights or trademarks
  • Launching DDoS attacks or abusing network resources
Section 4

Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed in advance based on the selected plan and billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Section 5

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your service at any time via your client dashboard.
  • Refunds may be available only for first-time purchases within a specified money-back period (if offered).
  • Domain registrations, software licenses, and setup fees are non-refundable.
Section 6

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms or acceptable use policies
  • Engage in illegal or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay invoices within the grace period

Serious violations may result in immediate termination and permanent banning.

Section 7

Data & Backups

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless you've purchased or enabled backup services.
  • While we offer daily or on-demand backups on some plans, we do not guarantee data recovery.
Section 8

Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our VPS and cloud services. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance.

Section 9

Support

  • Technical support is available 24/7 via ticket, chat, or email.
  • We aim to respond to all support requests promptly.
  • Managed services include proactive monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting. Unmanaged VPS clients are responsible for their own software/server maintenance.
Section 10

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan Legislation.
